Early American primitive horse found in New Hampshire-s a: Wonderful Vintage Antique Primitive Folk Art Log Wood Wooden Rocking Horse. This rocking horse is very primitive and still has some of the bark on its logs. The torso head and neck are logs which are attached with nails or spikes. The stepping board still has some of its red paint as well as the crossbar for the feet. The rockers and legs have their original brown paint and the body has some brown paint and is varnished and the construction is very solid. I love how primitive this horse is!
