Confederate Soldier--Rare!	I was visiting Chester Hewell in the mid 1990 when I saw 2 Confederate Soldiers in the area where he kept his stoneware for sale. I believe it was 1996 or 1997 (the date on this jug is 1991--I can't explain). I bought, then sold, both of the Soldiers. Recently I traded two great pieces of antique stoneware for this Soldier back. I wanted it here in the gallery. The price is not negotiable on this great piece! It is about 18" tall and 9 1/2" across.	$895.
